I am Dr. Francisco Gonzalez Moreno, graduated as a Medical Surgeon at the University of Los Andes (Merida), I have a specialization in Ophthalmology at Hospital Vargas in Caracas, and I have a sub-specialization in Refractive Surgery, Anterior Segment, Cataracts and Ocular Surface (Centro Medico Docente La Trinidad).
